We also keep information given to us during your treatments such as allergies, medical information, records of treatments and patch test results.

Where we store your personal data
The data that we collect from you is predominantly stored securely within the salon in a paper based format however may be transferred out of the salon for mobile clients.
Information that is stored electronically on our laptops or mobile phones are locked with a password and stored securely.
You have the right to ask us not to process your personal data for marketing purposes. We will usually inform you before collecting your data if we intend to use your data for such purposes or if we intend to disclose your information to any third party for such purposes. Access to information
GDPR regulations give you the right to access information held about you. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the GDPR regulations 2018. Any access request may be subject to a fee of £10 in accordance with the regulations.
