Beauty In Bloom by Charlotte Hawkins

As summer comes to an end and the wedding season quiets down, it’s a great opportunity to catch up and give an update on all things new and exciting!

Over the past few months we’ve introduced two new beauty brands at the salon, extended our Olaplex range and fallen further in love with Hot Tools Professional.

Until the end of this month we have a fabulous introductory special offer available on an incredible skincare brand – NIMUE! Buy one of their starter kits for just £55 and receive £20 off a Bio Active Facial (usually £49).

I literally cannot wait to tell you more about this skincare, it’s been a life changer for my own skin and I have no doubt that Katherine will agree with me. They have been established since 1994 and I first came across them earlier this year. When it comes to skincare even as a professional I’m always a little skeptical. But I can honestly say that I was completely sold after using their ‘hero’ product the exfoliating enzyme from just one use. This incredible product in it’s understated but professional looking packaging, instantly gave my skin a revitalised glow, making my face feel tighter and look much healthier.

As well as Nimue, I was lucky enough to do my LashUs training at Sweet Squared back in April. LashUs is a lift and tint on your own lashes, giving them a natural yet significant enhancement. The Before and After photos speak for themselves on this one.

The hair salon hasn’t been left out either this summer, we’ve been utterly spoilt with the addition of three new Olaplex products and the fourth is on its way! As hair professionals there aren’t many products you can hands down rely on and give 100% assurance that they’ll make a difference but with Olaplex we can give just that. Now in stock and available at the salon…Olaplex No.4 Shampoo, No.5 Conditioner and No.6 Bond Smoother.

We’ve been using Hot Tools Professional for the past year and a half roughly and loved the curl bar from the minute we picked it up. Then a month or two ago we began using their straightening iron as well, which we’d both immediately fallen in love with. Not only for the fantastic results on hair but with the shiny gold and black look too. Since then we’ve swopped out our old irons and replaced our in salon straighteners with both the regular and larger size Hot Tools iron. All of which are available to purchase in salon.

With so many new introductions at the salon it was hard to decide which one to tell you more about first. Check out next months post to see which one I chose….
